Ten styles, one chair.

Skin Fade
Bare skin at the sides and back, blending into whatever length stays on top.

Low Taper Fade
Only the sideburns and nape come down. The mid taper lives here too.

Burst Fade
A semicircle of skin around the ear, with fullness kept at the back.

Modern Mullet
Tight faded sides and real length in back, burst fade mullet included.

Textured Fringe
Worn forward onto the forehead with choppy ends and tapered sides.

Buzz Cut
One short length all over. Crew cuts and the high and tight, too.

Slick Back
Length on top combed back off the face, over a taper or a fade.

Curly Top Fade
Natural curls up top, faded sides so the texture stands out.

Hard Part
A razor-cut part that holds its line without a comb.

Textured Crop
A short, broken-up top brought forward into a fringe over tight sides.
Low, mid, high.
The one choice every fade shares.
Most of these styles start with a fade, and the height is where it begins on the side of your head. Low starts near the ear, mid around the temple, high close to the crown. A drop fade dips down behind the ear toward the nape. Tell me the height when you sit down and the rest follows.
